The serendipity of careers is no longer a mystery. Find the “nexus” that connects all of your nonlinear careers. For example, perhaps it’s your love for serving others? Or a desire to travel? You must have a North Star that guides you. You will find it where your faith meets purpose. Once you find it, reverse engineer from it. It will help you connect your passion to purpose.
Remember, career and life design happens in a sanctuary self-reflection, a place with no borders. What is the final destination? It’s your zenith. What is your zenith? Zenith is an Arabic word meaning “the way over one’s head.” Your zenith is the pinnacle of your career and life intersection. It’s that celestial point. Look up and embrace the truth. Your truth.
